Job Locations - Bhopal, Jammu, Dehradun, Bihar, Bangalore, Mohali, Delhi NCR

Qualifications - Diploma or BSc. in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.

Field Network Helpdesk Responsibilities

Receive and log field connectivity complaints, guide users on basic troubleshooting steps, and escalate unresolved issues to technical teams.

Network Core :

Monitor core network alerts, log incidents, and escalate performance degradation or outages to higher support levels.

Infra Server Helpdesk Responsibilities :

- Log server-related issues, assist users with password resets and access problems, and escalate system alerts to administrators.

Security Helpdesk Responsibilities:

Monitor security dashboards, report suspicious activities, and escalate incidents to security analysts.

Application Helpdesk Responsibilities:

Log application issues, assist users with login and access problems, and escalate bugs to technical teams.
