Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review

  daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculations

  for hedge fund portfolios.
• Perform

  P&L reconciliation

  between fund administrator reports, internal records, and prime broker statements.
• Carry out

  cash reconciliation

  across custodians, banks, and internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in positions, pricing, fees, and expenses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
• Assist in performance reporting and investor statements.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, prime brokers, and custodians to ensure accurate trade settlement and reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and risk teams to validate portfolio data and performance metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification like CFA/CPA is a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in

  fund accounting or hedge fund operations

  , preferably with exposure to NAV calculation and reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of fund accounting software (e.g., Advent Geneva, Investran, or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
