Hedge Fund Analyst

Job Title: Hedge Fund Analyst Location: Mysuru (On-site) Shift: US Shift Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office Role Overview: We are hiring experienced professionals for our Hedge Fund Accounting team. This role involves end-to-end fund accounting functions, including NAV Calculation , Investor Allocation , Fee Calculation , and reconciliation. Candidates should have strong knowledge of GENEVA and a solid background in hedge fund operations . Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly/quarterly NAV Calculations and prepare Investor Allocations . Handle Fee Calculations (management, performance, audit, etc.). Reconcile cash and position statements with custodians and counterparties. Process and record capital calls, distributions, and contributions accurately. Analyse NAV impacts and prepare reports for investors and internal teams . Manage fund data and reporting using GENEVA and other financial tools. Prepare and validate investor notices and financial statements. Ensure compliance with fund accounting controls and internal SOPs. Requirements: 3–8 years of experience in Hedge Fund Accounting . Hands-on expertise in GENEVA or similar fund accounting systems. Strong understanding of Investor Allocation , NAV , and Fee Calculation . Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills. Comfortable working US shift hours in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment. Show more Show less
