Product Officer

defining, building, and iterating MVPs

• Define the vision and roadmap for digital health/wellness products and services
• Build, manage, and optimize MVPs across different verticals (apps, dashboards, consultations, B2B programs, etc.)
• Collaborate with the founder, developers, consultants, and wellness/medical experts to align features with actual user problems
• Design user flows, service models, pilot programs, and user onboarding mechanisms
• Analyze feedback from pilot users (B2C and B2B) to validate core value proposition
• Ensure tech-health compliance and digital safety standards from day one
• Build product decks, validation data, and visual narratives for investors and early customers
• Prepare roadmap for GTM and product-market fit journey with clear goals and metrics
  

• 3–7 years of experience in product management, digital health, or wellness startups
• Exposure to building platforms in telemedicine, wellness subscriptions, healthcare SaaS, or fitness tech
• Strong understanding of health consumer behavior, B2B wellness integrations, and chronic care models
• Capable of designing lean, testable MVPs and owning full product lifecycle
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across tech, medical, and growth functions
• Ready for equity-first commitment and can dedicate 20–25 hours/week in a hands-on capacity
