Head Projects - Ropeways

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for highly experienced Head Projects with 15-20 years of experience in Infrastructure - Construction of Roads/ Highways/ Tunnels and Civil Structures in Himalayan Terrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all project-related activities, ensuring successful execution within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution & contract management. - Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility. - Implement effective project management processes to track project progress, risks, and performance. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. - Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements. - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals. - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.

Technical Competencies

Extensive Infrastructure experience in execution,construction & contract management,Proven track record of managing projects in the Himalayan Terrain ,Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Risk management

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Masters preferred) Certification required:- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable Experience: - 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure - Construction of Roads/ Highways/ Tunnels and Civil Structures in Himalayan Terrain.
