As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and contract management. Your responsibilities will include developing project scopes, objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility. You will implement effective project management processes to track project progress, risks, and performance. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders is crucial to ensure smooth project delivery. Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively is essential for successful project completion. Identifying and mitigating project risks will be part of your role to ensure project success. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior management and driving continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field (Masters preferred) - Certification required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable - Experience: 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure - Construction of Roads/Highways/Tunnels and Civil Structures in Himalayan Terrain.,
