Job Description

This role carries full end-to-end responsibility for project deliveryfrom receipt of Release Order (RO) to final contract closurefor large renewable energy projects. The position ensures project profitability, cash flow management, and timely execution while coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
The leader will oversee project financing support, budgeting, cost optimization, vendor and contract management, statutory compliance, and customer relations. They are accountable for delivering projects within cost and time, ensuring zero liquidated damages, maintaining healthy NOWC and cash flow, and driving strong safety and quality culture on site.
Key focus areas include stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, team development, maintaining high customer satisfaction (>80%), and ensuring first-time-right project execution with zero fatal incidents.

Success Metrics:
On-time delivery, margin protection, cost-per-MW performance, cash flow/NOWC, zero LDs, zero fatal accidents, statutory compliance, and repeat customer orders.
