Description
We’re looking for a Head – Projects to join leadership team and take charge of complex residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will bring over 20 years of experience in end-to-end project execution, team leadership, and strategic decision-making. 🔧 What You’ll Do: Lead and manage large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, MEP) from concept to handover. Develop and drive project execution plans, budgets, timelines, resource strategies, and logistics. Lead cross-functional teams across civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure domains. Ensure high standards of quality , safety , and environmental compliance . Handle project costing, tendering, BOQ finalization, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery. Apply modern construction technologies and practices for efficient execution. Oversee progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and client handovers. Build and mentor a high-performing project management team. ✅ What You Bring: Civil Engineering degree/diploma (preferred: NICMAR / Advanced Construction Management). 20–25 years in the construction industry, with a focus on residential & commercial high-rise projects . Hands-on experience in luxury developments , infrastructure works, and MEP coordination . Strong expertise in project planning, execution, costing, and contract management. Proficiency in tools like MS Project , AutoCAD , and SAP ERP . Demonstrated ability to manage large project teams and over 100+ vendors/subcontractors.
