Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head the MSME division and take full ownership of driving revenue, growth, and market penetration.The role requires a strong understanding of MSME customer needs, business development acumen, and the ability to design scalable logistics solutions for this segment.The incumbent will lead sales, partnerships, product adoption, and customer success for the MSME portfolio, directly contributing to organizational topline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Growth Ownership

    Take ownership of the P&L for the MSME business unit
  • Achieve revenue targets and accelerate market share in MSME segments
  • Sales & Business Development

    Identify, acquire, and onboard MSME customers through direct sales, channel partners, and digital acquisition strategies
  • Customer Solutions

    Collaborate with product and operations teams to design affordable, flexible, and scalable logistics solutions for MSMEs
  • Strategic Partnerships

    Build relationships with trade bodies, industry associations, banks, fintechs, and government initiatives to enhance MSME adoption
  • Market Expansion

    Drive geographical expansion and penetration in high-potential MSME clusters and industrial hubs
  • Team Leadership

    Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing MSME sales and account management team focused on customer success
  • Data-driven Growth

    Use analytics and insights to optimize acquisition funnels, pricing strategies, and customer retention initiatives
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and finance to deliver growth outcomes for the MSME division

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in MSME sales, business development, SME lending, B2B logistics, SaaS, or fintech
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and customer base in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem, challenges, and government/industry initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to own P&L responsibility and deliver business outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with a growth-hacking approach
