Job Summary Owns the KhetPe product roadmap and outcomes. Acts as Product Owner: creates and prioritizes the JIRA backlog, defines PRDs/user stories, and directs the PMO/BA on documentation and delivery cadence. Collects and synthesizes user feedback (farmers/FPOs/partners) into actionable product changes that drive activation, retention, and farmer impact. Roles & Responsibilities Own product strategy and quarterly roadmap aligned to KhetPe business goals; convert strategy into epics, stories, and releases. Create and maintain the JIRA backlog; prioritize with clear acceptance criteria, story points, and dependencies; run grooming and sprint planning. Act as Product Owner with engineering/design; provide day-to-day clarifications, define DoD/DoR, and sign off releases. Direct the PMO/BA on JIRA administration, Confluence PRDs/BRDs, RTM, and release notes to ensure documentation quality. Continuously collect user feedback: field visits, interviews, surveys, in-app feedback, and support tickets; translate insights into stories. Define success metrics and dashboards (activation, time-to-value, MAU/WAU, retention, cohort health, NPS, feature adoption). Run experiments (A/B, pilots); analyze results and iterate quickly to improve funnels and outcomes. Specify data requirements to SatAITech (models, signals) and integration needs to Platform (APIs, SDKs, offline/localization). Champion UX for rural contexts: vernacular flows, low-bandwidth/offline-first, accessibility, simple onboarding, and trust cues. Ensure compliance on data privacy, licensing, and communication standards; align with Legal/Compliance as needed. Coordinate cross-functional launches with Marketing/Sales/CS; prepare demos, training material, and field playbooks. Maintain competitive intelligence and pricing/packaging inputs; propose differentiators and positioning. Report weekly on roadmap progress, risks, and mitigations; keep stakeholders aligned and unblocked. Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements Experience: 610 years in product management with 3+ years owning mobile app products. Proven record shipping user-facing features at scale and improving activation/retention through experimentation. Hands-on experience working with field teams/users and converting feedback into PRDs and JIRA stories Core Skills: Roadmapping, PRD/BRD writing, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization. Strong JIRA/Confluence; analytics with Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4; cohort and funnel analysis; basic SQL/BI. User research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) and A/B testing; wireframing/prototyping (Figma/Miro). API-first thinking; familiarity with mobile release cycles, app stores, and telemetry. Leadership Competencies: Clear communicator; aligns engineering, design, PMO/BA, and business stakeholders. Decisive, data-driven, and bias for execution; excellent meeting facilitation and follow-through. Comfortable operating in fast-moving, cross-functional environments with field feedback loops.
