We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Product& Business Growth Manager to own the demand-side strategy and execution for our consumer app and consumer platform products. Our consumer app and consumer platform ecosystem currently generates over ₹250 Crore in GMV annually, reaching over 20 million consumers. You will be responsible for driving significant growth in user acquisition, engagement, and transaction volume by strategically expanding our reach through new consumer platform partnerships and aggressively growing our existing direct consumer app/website and current partner network. Your primary KPIs will be centered on increasing overall demand-side GMV by successfully acquiring and launching new high-potential platform partners, and demonstrably growing transaction volume and user engagement across our consumer app/website and existing partners. This role reports directly to the co-founders and requires a blend of strategic thinking, product insight, commercial acumen, data analysis, and partner relationship management. Key Responsibilities: New Consumer Platform Partnership Acquisition: Identify, prospect, pitch, and onboard new strategic consumer platforms (e.g., major fintech apps, e-commerce players, loyalty programs, content platforms) to integrate our API/SDK solution, significantly expanding our user reach. Develop tailored value propositions and commercial models for prospective partners. Manage the pipeline and onboarding process for new platform partners Consumer App & Website Growth: Develop, implement, and optimize data-driven strategies to accelerate the growth of our direct-to-consumer app and website user base, engagement, and transaction volume. Identify and champion key product features and marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue on our owned platforms. Collaborate closely with founders, design, and engineering teams to execute new feature and growth plans. Existing Partner Platform Growth & Success: Develop and implement strategies to help our existing 15+ B2B2C platform partners maximize their gift card sales and engagement. Conduct regular performance reviews(QBRs) with key partners, providing insights and aligning on joint growth initiatives. Analyse partner performance data to share best practices and drive optimization across the network Strategy, Analysis& Reporting: Define, track, and own the primary KPIs: overall demand-side GMV growth, new partner acquisition targets, and growth metrics for the consumer app/website and existing partners. Analyse performance across all demand channels to identify key levers for growth. Provide regular, insightful performance updates and strategic recommendations directly to the Founder. Qualifications: B.Tech, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business development, growth marketing, or partnership management, focusing on driving growth for consumer-facing digital products (Apps, E-commerce, Marketplaces, Platforms). Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully acquiring strategic partnerships and/or driving substantial user and revenue growth for a digital product or platform. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using data to drive decisions Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
