Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Presales located in Chennai.

The Head of Presales will oversee and lead the presales process, develop strategies to support the sales team, manage and mentor a team of presales professionals, and ensure project requirements align with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Presales and Sales, with a proven ability to develop effective strategies to support business growth.

• Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing presales teams.

• Experience in Consulting and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs and expectations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.

• Proven experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage. ( Preferred )

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
