Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, site branding, and advertisements . Create engaging social media creatives , promotional videos (basic level), and digital marketing assets . Design floor plans, master plans, and elevation renderings for project presentations. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives on time. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Coordinate with vendors for printing and production-related activities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the real estate industry. Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, After Effects (basic level for motion graphics is a plus). Experience in designing for real estate/residential projects is preferred. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design aesthetics .
