Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
treasury strategy
aligned with business goals.
Manage
cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies
.
Negotiate
credit facilities, debt terms, and banking services
for optimal support.
Oversee
financial risk management
including FX, interest rate, and credit risks.
Ensure
compliance
with FEMA, RBI, and internal governance frameworks.
Provide regular
treasury reports, financial analysis, and forecasts
to senior management.
Drive
process excellence, internal controls, and audit readiness
within treasury operations.
