Head of Treasury

NextGen Consulting - NGC Corporate Resolution Private Limited, is hiring a treasury head for one of its client in the MSME segment .

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Treasury, located in Gurgaon. The Head of Treasury will be responsible for managing the organization's treasury operations, overseeing cash management, implementing effective treasury processes, and managing company financial resources. Responsibilities also include developing and executing hedging strategies, analyzing financial data for optimal decision-making, and ensuring sound financial compliance to support the growth and stability of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong expertise in Treasury Management with proficiency in Cash Management processes
• Proficient in Finance, including financial planning and resource allocation
• Experience in creating and deploying Hedging strategies
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to assess complex financial scenarios
• Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory requirements
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar qualification is a plus
• MBA in Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent related experience preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in similar feild is must.
