Head of Treasury

What you will work on:

● Develop and deploy a robust treasury governance framework, ensuring adherence to company policies,

procedures, and guidelines.

● Manage compliance requirements for securitization, loan documentation, and NCD issuances.

● Drive initiatives to reduce interest costs, enhancing overall financial efficiency and prioritizing initiatives

based on business needs

● Be the one-point contact for the credit rating agencies and have end-to-end execution of transactions from

investor/lender interaction, deal structuring, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalization.and

requirements

● Manage and strengthen relationships with bankers, mutual fund houses, internal stakeholders, credit rating

agencies, and other financial partners.

● Engage with prospective lenders to handle agreements, define processes, manage internal stakeholders,

and ensure seamless project delivery.

● Track market conditions, including interest rates and liquidity scenarios, to balance risk and optimize

returns on the liability side of the balance sheet.

● Regularly report and monitor the performance of the treasury portfolio to assess compliance and progress.

The ideal candidate:

● Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills for effective management of both internal and external

stakeholders.

● Strong understanding of processes and project management

● Ability to manage a small team

● Understanding of Lending business with knowledge of end-to-end process.

Qualification and Experience:

● 12+ years of relevant experience in a corporate setting, preferably in Banks or NBFCs, focus on acquiring lending partners for co-lending opportunities

● CA/CFA degree with relevant experience

● Strong understanding of multiple treasury and co-lending instruments
