Job Description

KRA Fashion Consultant (Retail) 1. Drive Sales - set and achieve targets - manage leads pipeline - conversion % - average invoice value to be increased - understand product categories, identify the ones doing well, identify gaps 2. Order management (post sales) - ensure orders are communicated to the production merchandisers with all details and - follow up on order status to keep the customer updated of their orders. - technical - assure accurate measurements / fittings / alterations 3. Customer experience / CRM - Curate the in-store customer experience to ensure a superlative customer experience. - Establish and maintain SOP with regards to all customer touch points (packaging etc) - CRM - Curate a program to ensure customer loyalty - Customer engagement (WhatsApp, conceptualise events online / offline, other activities) to drive sales - Customer data management, record personal details and preferences. - Customer feedback 4. Online Sales / Queries - queries received over WhatsApp and social media - ensure queries are responded to promptly - online catalogue - online bridal consultations 5. Visual Merchandising 6.
