A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head its end-to-end Supply Chain function.
The role will drive strategic initiatives across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution for multiple manufacturing facilities.
The incumbent will ensure seamless coordination across domestic and export operations while focusing on cost optimization, process excellence, and business continuity.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing large-scale SCM operations within the pharmaceutical or CDMO environment, with strong exposure to raw material sourcing, packaging, and formulation logistics.
This role requires exceptional leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams and build high-performance, future-ready supply chains.

Must Haves:

18+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the pharma or CDMO industry.
Proven success in leading multi-plant SCM operations, driving efficiency and strategic growth.
Proficiency in SAP and digital SCM tools, with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
