Head of Site Operations @ PlayAll Sports is a challenging leadership role. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance across multiple locations.

1. Leadership & Planning
● Create and improve processes to increase quality, productivity, and profitability.
● Plan and oversee multiple projects to ensure they meet company goals.
● Mentor and train the Operations Team for better performance.
● Identify training needs and support staff in upgrading their skills.
2. Managing Teams
● Lead and guide Operations Analysts, Customer Success Executives, Regional Managers, and Site Supervisors.
● Review team performance and provide direction to achieve results.
● Ensure teamwork and smooth coordination across all operational roles.
3. Site Operations
● Oversee daily work at sites and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
● Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.
● Monitor and manage equipment and storage facilities.
4. Safety & Compliance
● Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed.
● Approve and check risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
● Promote a culture of safety and discipline at all sites.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
● Monitor daily bookings and ensure smooth coordination between sites and the central team.
● Oversee and review payment collections and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
● Check and review CCTV reports regularly to ensure compliance, discipline, and security.
● Track and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
● Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
● Identify patterns from reports (bookings, payments, CCTV, customer feedback) and take corrective actions.
6. Client & Operational Relations
● Act as the main contact for the operations team, customers, and site managers.
● Ensure client needs are met and maintain positive relationships.
● Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
7. Problem Solving
● Quickly resolve issues or conflicts that arise during operations.
● Find ways to improve site operations through data and feedback.
● 4–6 years of experience in site operations, facility management, or a similar leadership role.
● Proven ability to manage multiple sites and large teams.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in process improvement, compliance, and quality standards.
● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure situations.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Background in sports, infrastructure, or service operations will be an advantage.
● Salary – CTC 8–9 Lakhs
● Location – Savita Vihar, East Delhi, Delhi
● Work Mode – On-site (No work from home)
● Work Days – 6 days working, Sunday weekly off
