About the Role PlayAll is on a mission to bring accessible, world-class sports infrastructure closer to where people live and study. As our Real Estate Partnerships Lead , you will spearhead our efforts to discover, negotiate, and secure the best possible spaces to develop vibrant sports hubs — from school campuses to underutilised corners of commercial properties and private land banks. Your Core Responsibilities 🔍 Site Identification & Pipeline Building Scout and shortlist suitable properties for sports facility development in urban and high-growth towns. Maintain a healthy funnel of leads through direct outreach, broker networks, and local contacts. 🤝 Partnerships & Deal Finalisation Negotiate lease and licensing terms with school managements, landlords, developers, and landowners. Ensure financial viability and secure long-term, flexible agreements aligned with PlayAll’s model. 📡 Relationship Management Build strong rapport with school leadership, institutional owners, real estate agents, and local stakeholders. Act as the single point of contact for all site-related discussions until handover. 🗂️ Due Diligence & Coordination Oversee checks for land titles, approvals, and permissions. Liaise with legal and finance teams to get documentation completed error-free and on time. 📈 Expansion Strategy Support Work with internal teams to plan launch timelines and location roll-outs. Track local market trends, competing projects, and new property opportunities. What We’re Looking For ✅ 4–8 years of proven experience in real estate leasing, site sourcing, or institutional tie-ups. ✅ Strong network in education or commercial real estate is a big plus. ✅ Hands-on approach to closing deals end-to-end — from lead generation to signing. ✅ Familiar with land and property documentation, zoning, and basic compliance. ✅ Self-driven attitude, negotiation confidence, and passion for building community spaces. ✅ Bonus: Experience in innovative uses of real estate (co-working, last-mile infra, etc.).
