Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the end-to-end delivery of services at Infinium’s Senior Living community. The Head – Service Delivery will oversee both Hospitality & F&B and Health & Wellness functions, ensuring world-class living experiences through SOP-driven operations, empathetic service, and seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the operations and service quality across the senior living community.
• Oversee and guide the Heads of Hospitality & F&B and Health & Wellness.
• Set up all operational processes, systems, and SOPs from scratch.
• Build and scale the community's service teams – recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between hospitality, healthcare, security, transport, and resident relations.
• Regularly review feedback and ensure a high NPS (Net Promoter Score).
• Represent the community in audits, parent company reviews, and compliance reporting.
• Drive innovation in service design tailored for senior citizens.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or PG in Operations, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or similar.
• 12–15 years of leadership experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or senior care environments.
• Proven experience in setting up operations from the ground up.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep sensitivity and understanding of elderly care.
