Head of Service Delivery

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll be owning the ITSM business unit, responsible for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, financial success, and growth strategy. You’ll essentially run the ITSM unit as a business — managing delivery, driving innovation, and working closely with sales and operations to grow the practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the

  P&L and overall performance

  of the ITSM unit.
• Define and execute

  business strategy and growth plans

  .
• Ensure

  high-quality delivery

  of ITSM projects and services.
• Lead, mentor, and

  scale senior and delivery teams

  .
• Build strong

  client relationships

  and engage with CXOs.
• Drive

  innovation, automation, and process improvements

  .
• Collaborate with

  sales and pre-sales

  to win new business opportunities.

Mandatory Skills / Experience:

• 15+ years in IT with

  strong ITSM expertise

  (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, or Ivanti).
• Proven

  leadership in managing business units or large teams

  .
• Strong

  stakeholder management

  and

  CXO engagement skills

  .
• Track record of

  driving revenue growth and successful ITSM delivery

  .
