Job Description

As a senior leader in this role, you will be responsible for owning the ITSM business unit. Your primary focus will be on ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, financial success, and growth strategy. Running the ITSM unit as a business, you will be managing delivery, driving innovation, and collaborating closely with sales and operations to expand the practice. Key Responsibilities: - Own the P&L and overall performance of the ITSM unit. - Define and execute business strategy and growth plans. - Ensure high-quality delivery of ITSM projects and services. - Lead, mentor, and scale senior and delivery teams. - Build strong client relationships and engage with CXOs. - Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements. - Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to win new business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in IT with a strong expertise in ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, or Ivanti). - Proven leadership experience in managing business units or large teams. - Strong stakeholder management and CXO engagement skills. - Track record of driving revenue growth and successful ITSM delivery.,
