Head of Service Delivery

As the Head of Service Delivery at Infinium Developers, you will be leading the end-to-end delivery of services at our Senior Living community in Coimbatore. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing Hospitality & F&B as well as Health & Wellness functions to ensure world-class living experiences for our residents. You will drive operations based on SOP-driven processes, empathetic service, and seamless coordination between departments. Your key responsibilities will include taking complete ownership of service quality across the community, guiding the Heads of Hospitality & F&B and Health & Wellness, establishing operational processes and SOPs, recruiting and training service teams, fostering collaboration between various departments, monitoring feedback for a high NPS, participating in audits and compliance reporting, and innovating service design for senior citizens. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA or PG in Operations, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or related fields, along with 12-15 years of leadership experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or senior care environments. Your track record should demonstrate the ability to set up operations from scratch, exhibit strong leadership and crisis management skills, and showcase sensitivity towards elderly care.
