Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales function and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise or B2B sales, coupled with a proven track record in Perm Sales and RPO solutions. This role necessitates:
● Strategic leadership

● Robust team management capabilities to effectively scale our operations
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to consistently achieve revenue targets.
● Business Growth & Client Relationships: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and expand market presence.
● Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to cultivate a high-performance, customer-centric approach.
● Recruitment Solutions Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of recruitment solutions to enhance our offerings in both RPO and permanent hiring.
● Partnerships & Collaboration: Foster strategic partnerships and alliances with both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business networks.
● Financial Accountability: Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and overall revenue growth, demonstrating P&L accountability.
● Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine and optimize sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
● A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise/B2B sales, with a strong preference for the recruitment or HR solutions industry.
● Demonstrated expertise in Perm Sales and RPO models, coupled with a successful history of scaling business operations.
● Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth and build and lead high-performing sales teams.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● A strategic thinker capable of aligning business objectives with sales initiatives
