Requirement:- Head Of Sales                                                Organization:- Om Kalyanam Santhigiri Wellness Resort                        Job Location:- Gurgaon Sector 67 (Head Office)

Exp:- 7 to 12 years. (Experienced in Luxury wellness sales, HNI client handling, Resort membership sales, VVIP client coordination, Spiritual luxury hospitality will be preferred)                                                      Salary:- Upto 10LPA                                                

We are looking for an experienced and emotionally intelligent sales leader to head the Royal Founder Membership Sales – Tapasvi Mandala at OmKalyanam Santhigiri Wellness Resort.

Industry: Luxury wellness, resort memberships, spiritual communities, luxury hospitality, curated travel, or high-end coaching spaces

Target Market: HNIs Clients, wellness seekers, families interested in conscious living – mainly from Delhi NCR

Key Skills & Qualities:-

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Skilled in storytelling and trust-based selling

Established network in the Delhi NCR market

Ability to lead events, consultations, and high-value client engagements

Background in hospitality, wellness, yoga & fitness, nutrition, or psychology Membership Sales is an advantage.
