Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales to lead pTron's growth across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This role will focus heavily on online marketplaces owning platform strategy, sales execution, and performance optimization using ad and promotional tools while supporting the offline expansion. Preferred Background: Industry experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or digital brands Track record of scaling sales through online marketplaces Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments Key Responsibilities: Own and drive sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart Manage platform operations: pricing, promotions, cataloging, inventory, and merchandising Plan and optimize advertising spends using Amazon Ads , Flipkart Ads , and quick commerce visibility tools Collaborate closely with category managers and account stakeholders to drive growth and visibility Use data insights, platform analytics, and performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS) to make informed decisions Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers, account managers, and support staff Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams Support offline channel growth through selective retail and distribution partnerships
