Head of Sales

As a dynamic B2B Sales Head in our Sales & Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and cultivating long-term client relationships. Your primary focus will be on institutional sales, particularly engaging with school purchase managers, builders, and architects. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective B2B sales strategies to enhance our market presence, guiding and nurturing a high-performing sales team, acquiring and overseeing key clients and large enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth to meet sales targets, and collaborating closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams. We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record in B2B sales and revenue growth, specifically with experience in selling to educational institutions, builders, architects, and similar stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively as needed.
