Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist at OK Play, a leading manufacturer of plastic moulded toys, fun-stations, playground equipment, and children's furniture in India, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and facilitating the onboarding and training of new hires. In this full-time on-site role based in Sohna, you will collaborate closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your skills in hiring and recruiting, proficiency in interviewing and communication, as well as experience in training and development, will be essential in carrying out your day-to-day tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required. Prior experience in the manufacturing or toy industry would be advantageous.
