Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Sohna. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience with Customer Support and Customer Service Representatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in the toy industry or retail sector is advantageous
