Job Title: B2B Sales Head

Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in institutional sales, especially working with school purchase managers, builders, and architects.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand market presence
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Acquire and manage key clients & large enterprise accounts
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong track record in B2B sales & revenue growth
✅ Experience in selling to schools, builders, architects etc
✅ Excellent leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills
✅ Willingness to travel extensively
