We are currently seeking a Head of Sales Marketing for a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our product portfolio. Your duties will encompass conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and clients. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring sales performance, setting achievable sales targets, and ensuring alignment with the company's overarching objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in formulating and executing sales strategies, exemplary leadership qualities to effectively manage and inspire a sales team, adeptness in market research and competitor analysis, proficiency in creating and executing impactful marketing initiatives, exceptional communication skills for building and nurturing relationships, familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, and a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the realm of reproductive health.
