🐾 Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing – Pet Services Location: Kharadi, Pune Department: Sales & Marketing About Tomi & Furee Tomi & Furee is a one-stop ecosystem for pet parents — offering pet, pet healthcare, grooming, training, nutrition, and other lifestyle services We are now looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing who is passionate about animals, understands the pet industry, and can drive growth across our pet services and verticals. Role Overview The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead all sales, partnerships, and marketing initiatives across pet-related products and services. The role requires a leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, build strong partnerships in the pet ecosystem, and grow Tomi & Furee into the most trusted pet brand in the country. Key Responsibilities 🐶 Sales & Business Growth Develop and execute a sales strategy for all Tomi & Furee pet services (grooming, vet care, training, wellness packages, etc.). Identify and onboard B2B and B2C partners — including pet clinics, hospitals, pet stores, breeders, trainers, and pet boarding facilities. Drive customer acquisition through community-based, referral, and digital channels. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies to boost revenue and retention. 🐕 Marketing & Brand Leadership Build a strong brand identity that resonates with pet parents. Create and lead integrated marketing campaigns — digital, social, influencer, event-based, and offline activations. Partner with pet influencers, veterinarians, and pet events to grow brand visibility. Develop content and engagement strategies that foster trust and education among pet owners. Align marketing activities with sales goals to ensure effective lead conversion. 🐾 Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Forge partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet shops, agents, corporates, and NGOs. Collaborate with product and operations teams to develop custom service offerings for different customer segments. Explore cross-selling opportunities within Tomi & Furee’s ecosystem. Qualifications & Experience 8–12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with at least 3–5 years in the pet industry (pet services, pet food, pet healthcare ) Proven success in building and leading sales teams and achieving growth targets. Strong understanding of pet parent behavior, community marketing, and brand building. Experience managing both online and offline channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Passion for pets is a must — ideally a pet parent or animal lover. MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
