The ideal candidate will have a strong record of driving national sales, leading high-performing teams, and aligning sales and marketing operations with business objectives. You will play a critical role in formulating and executing strategies to expand market presence, increase brand visibility, and deliver sustainable revenue growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: πŸ”Ή Sales Leadership Own national revenue targets and manage a team of 25–30 members across levels. Build and manage relationships with OEMs, government bodies, and key channel partners. Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and quota achievement. Drive channel, dealer/distributor, and institutional sales. πŸ”Ή Marketing Oversight Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and ensure strong ROI. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity. πŸ”Ή Strategic Planning Translate business objectives into actionable sales and marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for market expansion and product positioning. Align cross-functional teams to support commercial goals. πŸ”Ή Team & Performance Management Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership pipelines.
