Job Title: Head β Sales and Marketing π Location: Gurgaon HO (Candidates across India welcome if open to relocation) π΄οΈ Reports To: Managing Director βοΈ Travel: Pan-India About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales and Marketing (GM/Sr. GM/VP level) to lead the revenue and growth strategy for a fast-growing B2B company in the energy, electronics, and smart technology space. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of driving national sales, leading high-performing teams, and aligning sales and marketing operations with business objectives. You will play a critical role in formulating and executing strategies to expand market presence, increase brand visibility, and deliver sustainable revenue growth. π― Key Responsibilities: πΉ Sales Leadership Own national revenue targets and manage a team of 25β30 members across levels. Build and manage relationships with OEMs, government bodies, and key channel partners. Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and quota achievement. Drive channel, dealer/distributor, and institutional sales. πΉ Marketing Oversight Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and ensure strong ROI. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity. πΉ Strategic Planning Translate business objectives into actionable sales and marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for market expansion and product positioning. Align cross-functional teams to support commercial goals. πΉ Team & Performance Management Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership pipelines. Set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and instill a results-oriented culture. π Key Requirements: β Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Com + MBA (Preferred) β Experience: 15+ years in B2B sales & marketing (preferably in energy, smart tech, electronics, or OEM sectors) Proven leadership in managing large national teams and delivering growth. β Technical & Domain Skills: B2B Sales & Channel Management OEM/Government Liaisoning Sales Forecasting & Budgeting Strategic Thinking & Execution Experience with smart metering / energy / IoT (preferred) Show more Show less
