Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales Marketing, located in Karnal. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing all sales and marketing activities, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing accounts, overseeing team performance, and driving growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, managing client relationships, and coordinating efforts across the sales and marketing teams to meet organizational goals.

• Proven experience in Account Management and Sales Management
• Effective Team Management and leadership skills
• Successful track record in Sales and driving revenue growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Karnal
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the digital or OTT platform industry is a plus
