Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist in sales located in Karnal. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, hiring, and training new sales team members. The role includes developing recruitment strategies, managing communication with candidates, and collaborating with department heads to ensure the best hires for the sales team.
