Role Description

This full-time role as a Recruitment Specialist in Sales is located on-site in Karnal. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, conducting training sessions for new hires, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Training candidates
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sales recruiting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
