Our mission is to simplify property investment through cutting-edge technology, providing financial products and opportunities within the real estate domain. We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing to spearhead channel sales initiatives and propel business expansion. As the Head of Sales & Marketing, your primary role will involve acquiring, overseeing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners to market and sell MicroMitti's real estate and financial offerings, such as AIF, FOF, and fractional CRE products. You will collaborate closely with various channels including individual financial advisors, real estate brokers, and wealth managers to broaden the scope of our product portfolio and achieve sales targets. This position encompasses strategic partnership cultivation, team management, and sales execution. Key Responsibilities: Channel Sales Management: - Cultivate, establish, nurture, and strengthen connections with channel partners/distributors such as individual financial advisors, real estate brokers, wealth managers, etc., for the distribution of MicroMitti's products. - Forge alliances with both organized and unorganized channels to boost sales of in-house and exclusive real estate products. - Expand and diversify the channel partner network to ensure extensive market penetration. Product Sales: - Market and sell AIF, FOF, and fractional Commercial Real Estate products through channel partners. - Encourage and assist channel partners in extending MicroMitti's products to their client base and personal networks. - Offer on-boarding, training, and support to channel partners on utilizing MicroMitti's Stratas platform, serving as the primary contact for partner queries. Market & Product Knowledge: - Stay abreast of Commercial Real Estate principles and practices, along with comparable financial products, to effectively communicate their advantages to channel partners and clients. - Utilize expertise in financial products and wealth management to position MicroMitti's offerings competitively in the market. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: - Demonstrate a proven track record in acquiring clients and fostering relationships to boost product sales. - Interact with potential clients and channel partners at company-organized events and external platforms to enhance brand visibility and product adoption. - Provide prompt and effective solutions to client and partner inquiries, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction. Business Development & Strategy: - Identify fresh business prospects and deliver outcomes with an entrepreneurial and inventive approach. - Establish and oversee sales targets, guaranteeing that the team attains or surpasses KPIs. Desired Candidate Profile: Industry Expertise: - Preferably individuals with backgrounds in investor relations, private wealth management, or sales of financial products. - Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and financial products for investment is a significant advantage. Experience: - At least 6 years of experience in B2B partnerships or channel sales. - Demonstrated success in building and managing thriving sales teams and channel partner networks. Skills & Attributes: - Profound comprehension of financial investment products, particularly in real estate. - Entrepreneurial outlook with a results-oriented approach to business development. - Meticulous attention to detail with a dependable, consistent, and positive demeanor. - Collaborative, team-focused, and capable of fostering a harmonious working atmosphere.
