Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing, located in Karnal. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee daily operations related to sales, manage and lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and handle account management. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

• Proven experience in Account Management
• Effective Team Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Karnal
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the OTT or digital media industry is a plus
