Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Vadodara. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key accounts. They will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, they will oversee the training and development of the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills Experience in Customer Account Management Proficiency in Analytical Skills Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
