The Head of Sales Marketing will lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and oversee account management. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and driving overall sales performance to achieve company goals. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills Team Management experience Proficiency in Account Management Excellent Analytical Skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the soap and cleaning products industry is advantageous
