Job Description – Sales Head

Company: Seven Colors Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Karnal, Haryana

Position: Sales Head

Budget: Up to ₹18 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall sales strategy for BTL marketing and channel sales.

• Develop, plan, and execute sales campaigns to maximize market penetration.

• Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key clients.

• Drive revenue growth and meet business targets in line with company objectives.

• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective go-to-market strategies.

• Prepare periodic reports and sales forecasts for management.

Requirements

• Experience: 8–12 years of proven experience in BTL marketing and channel sales, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.

• • Willingness to be based in Karnal and travel as required.
