We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive substantial revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in 𝗕𝟮𝗕 , 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁/𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to deliver on aggressive business targets.

🔗𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve $10 million in revenue within three years.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to drive revenue growth.
• 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
• 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Utilize sales analytics and CRM tools to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
🎓𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
𝟭. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 10+ years in sales, including at least 5 in leadership roles in the tech or SaaS industry.
𝟮. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱: Proven ability to scale revenue from around $1 million to $10 million or more.
𝟯. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Exceptional team-building skills; ability to inspire, lead, and hold team accountable.
𝟰. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Capable of crafting and executing long term strategic plans.
𝟱. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Clear, persuasive communicator; comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
𝟲. 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Proficient with sales analytics and CRM tools to drive insights and performance.
𝟳. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
