Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performance sales team from scratch.
• Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans using tools like

• Drive end-to-end B2B sales, from prospecting to closure.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Create sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth handover and execution.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in

  IT services sales
