The ideal candidate should be passionate about backend development, have a startup mindset, and be ready to contribute to a high-growth tech environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement robust backend systems using Django, Flask, and FastAPI. • Integrate third-party APIs and services. • Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs. • Optimize application performance, write clean and maintainable code. • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and design teams for smooth deployment. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting. Key Skills Required: • Minimum 2 years of experience with Python and related web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI). • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, ORMs, SQL/NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, or Cloud services is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and startup adaptability.
