Job Purpose

Lead and oversee all planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, contracts, architecture, design, and quality for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set project baselines, schedules, and reporting mechanisms for large-scale developments such as high-rise buildings, hotels, resorts, hospitals, and commercial infrastructure.
  • Conduct contract familiarization; attend kickoff/concept meetings and prepare site organization charts and resource plans.
  • Review and input on construction schedules; develop site infrastructure requirements and budget costs.
  • Participate in 3D model reviews, constructability studies, and provide construction-related inputs.
  • Coordinate engineering disciplines for BOQ/tendering, estimate costs, prepare tenders, analyze technical bids, and participate in price negotiations for EPC contracts.
  • Set up site offices and infrastructure, monitor resource availability and construction materials.
  • Oversee billing schedules, progress reviews, contractor bill processing, and subcontracts closeout.
  • Resolve technical and contractual site queries, manage documentation for claims/escalations, and prepare completion reports with lessons learned.
  • Lead and guide project managers, refine project management processes, and ensure efficient delivery from conceptualization through QA and handover.
  • Monitor schedules, cost, quality, and performance; identify risks and mitigation plans.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment and drive daily stand-ups, client meetings, and retrospective reviews.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • High-level communication, decision-making, and technical field skills.
  • Expert coordination of cost, time, and quality parameters; MIS reporting; contractor billing and rate negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and Primavera.
  • Fast-track planning abilities and out-of-the-box thinking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E. Civil Engineering
  • Minimum

    25 years’ experience

    in project planning, scheduling, procurement, contracts, architecture, design, and quality assurance for construction projects
