Ready to revolutionize education through AI? We're seeking a visionary product strategist to spearhead our Education vertical and champion a mission that matters: helping students learn more effectively through personalized instruction. This isn't about incremental improvements—it's about fundamentally reimagining how education works. As our Head of Product Growth, you'll craft the strategic blueprint that unifies our educational offerings into a cohesive ecosystem. You'll author our definitive "Brain Lift" strategy document and translate it into actionable roadmaps that make our products work in harmony. This player-coach role requires you to dive deep into critical work while guiding a talented team of Product Owners toward measurable impact. We're challenging the status quo of one-size-fits-all education by building a system rooted in learning science and AI that adapts to each student's unique needs. Our mission is proving that education can be simultaneously personalized and powerful. This position diverges from conventional product leadership roles. Success here isn't measured by process management or delegation skills, but by your ability to drive tangible outcomes through first-principles thinking, analytical rigor, and unwavering determination.Working directly with founders and leading a sharp team, your ultimate metric is straightforward: demonstrable evidence that your strategy has meaningfully enhanced student learning outcomes. If you're energized by accountability and eager to tackle education's most significant challenges, we should connect.
What You Will Be Doing
- Craft and Evolve the Strategic Framework: Develop and continuously refine the comprehensive "Education Domain BrainLift"—a living strategic document that synthesizes team insights, market intelligence, and learning science into a unified vision guiding the entire vertical.
- Orchestrate Portfolio Development: Transform strategic vision into an outcome-focused roadmap that coordinates all products within our ecosystem. You'll determine the strategic sequencing that maximizes compounding value and provides the "why" behind every initiative.
- Lead Through Action and Mentorship: Serve as both strategist and practitioner—running your own rapid OODA (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act) loops on mission-critical objectives while elevating your team through thoughtful review and strategic guidance to ensure cohesive execution across the portfolio.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Functioning solely as a people manager. While leadership is essential, your value comes from strategic direction and execution standards, not administrative oversight of headcount and budgets.
- Implementing predetermined strategies. You won't be executing someone else's vision—you'll be crafting the comprehensive strategy yourself, building it from first principles and ground-level insights.
- Maintaining rigid, unchanging roadmaps. Your portfolio strategy will evolve continuously, incorporating weekly learnings and adapting to new discoveries from your team's work and your own investigations.
- Managing disconnected feature development. Success isn't measured by feature quantity but by strategic outcomes that create synergy across products, breaking down silos to deliver unified educational experiences.
