Head of Operations

The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations across all departments — Design, Marketing, Content, Production, and Client Servicing.
You’ll be responsible for streamlining project workflows, maintaining client relationships, managing resources, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and inter-department coordination for smooth project execution.
• Lead client communication and relationship management.
• Manage project timelines, task allocation, and team efficiency across 50+ ongoing projects.
• Develop and implement internal SOPs and productivity systems.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with department heads to track performance and deadlines.
• Monitor quality control, ensure client satisfaction, and handle escalations.
• Support the leadership team with business planning, reporting, and profitability analysis.
• Drive operational improvements and build a scalable structure for agency growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, client servicing, or project management.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing processes and creative production workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
• Familiarity with data-driven performance tracking and operational KPIs.
• Strong presentation and client relationship-building skills.
