Brand Manager - Social Media Management

Role Overview For Brand Manager :-

• The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing client brands end-to-end — from conceptualization to execution. This includes developing creative strategies, supervising design and content creation, guiding social media direction, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely delivery and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage multiple brand projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Develop and implement social media and content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Provide creative direction for design and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ad managers to maintain brand tone and consistency.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, and manage feedback professionally.
• Oversee monthly content calendar planning and ensure smooth approval workflows.
• Analyze performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve brand performance.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and propose innovative ideas for brand growth.

Skills & Requirements :-

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and digital trends.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Creative eye for design and storytelling.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and insights.
• 1-2 years of experience in brand management or social media strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
