As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be on the frontlines of our growth journey — meeting clients, pitching creative solutions, and helping brands across industries build their online presence. If you're someone who loves connecting with people, thinking on your feet, and closing deals — this is your playground.

What You’ll Be Doing:1. Finding Business Opportunities

• Discover local businesses (cafes, salons, startups, retailers, etc.) that can benefit from digital marketing.
• Use online platforms, events, referrals, and field visits to identify potential leads.

2. Initiating Conversations

• Reach out via WhatsApp, phone, and email to start engaging conversations.
• Follow up consistently to convert interest into meetings.

3. Client Meetings & Presentations

• Meet business owners in person and present our services confidently.
• Understand their pain points and recommend the right solutions.

4. Coordinating Proposals & Onboarding

• Work with the internal team to prepare customized proposals.
• Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.

5. Market Intelligence

• Keep your ear to the ground—track competitor activity, trends, and opportunities in your region.
• Share your findings with the team to fine-tune our sales strategy.

6. Growth Mindset in Action

• Be ready to take on challenges, improve processes, and contribute ideas that help us grow faster.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
